This place is great value for money. Got the family platter and it had so much food and a decent amount of chips. Fed our family of 6 with a lot leftover which for us is amazing. They happily battered our fish for us and the food was delicious. The service is always friendly have bought Kina from them before as well. They have a good stock of NZ seafood.

Popped into Triton today for a look as they’re at my local shopping centre. Just wanted simple fish and chips and they sure delivered! Old mate serving at the front was super friendly and convinced me to give the cod and chips special ($10.90 I think?) a go. Usually I’m not a cod fan. I chose the battered option and waited less than ten mins. Received a beautifully presented (cardboard serving dish) and massive size of cod with a serving of perfectly fried chippies covered in generous chicken salt. A wedge of lemon on the side. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Nothing over oily or soggy. The cod was sweet and delicate, as the guy had said. True to his promise! Great service. We will def be back 🤙🏼

I love these guys - amazing value - fresh fish - always friendly - and quick! Just have to remember to say "plain salt please" because they are fans of chicken salt (shudder). Their chip servings (especially the beer battered) are always WAY TOO BIG. Nice people, seafood takeaway done well. We're regulars.

Came here for the first time to pick up some seafood - I was wanting to make a stew called Cioppino for some visiting family. I bought $60 worth of seafood to serve 7 people - including, squid tubes, cod, scallops and headless prawns (excuse the bad photos - the stew came out much yummier than it looks!). So chuffed with my purchase, the staff (father and son duo) were amazing! Super helpful with picking the fish etc and very friendly. I saw a post from the community saying they loved their fish and chips here and to give it a go - so I wanted to come support local business! Glad I did and will definitely continue to get all my seafood from here!
